Are you a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves taking ownership of complex financial processes? We're hiring a Senior Accountant to support a critical leave assignment-with the potential to convert to full-time.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, digging into the details, and ensuring accuracy across multiple accounting functions while partnering closely with the Accounting Manager, CFO, and Cost Accounting team.

?? What We're Looking For

Must-Haves
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting
? 3-7 years of hands-on general accounting experience
? Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations & month-end close

Nice-to-Haves
? Manufacturing industry experience
? JDE system experience

?? What You'll Be Doing

?? Financial Reporting & Month-End Close

• Prepare monthly financial statements: journal entries, reconciliations, trial balances, balance sheet, P&L
• Assist with month, quarter, and year-end closing cycles
• Deliver monthly & quarterly reporting packages to Corporate

?? General Ledger & Subsidiary Ledgers

• Ensure accuracy of AP, AR, and all subsidiary ledgers
• Reconcile related-party transactions monthly
• Prepare use tax, sales tax, and compliance schedules

?? Corporate Reporting & Systems

• Upload monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data via SAP & Anaplan
• Identify and correct system upload errors
• Provide schedules and documentation for Corporate and external auditors

?? Budgeting, Analysis & Forecasting

• Support annual budget and forecast processes
• Prepare management reports: headcount, sales, cost of sales, intercompany reports
• Conduct trend analysis on warranties, returns, and bad debt

??? Fixed Assets & System Work

• Enter fixed asset activity using BNA software & Lab Asset File
• Reconcile and book fixed asset transactions into JDE

?? Cross-Functional Support

• Partner with CFO, Accounting Manager, and Cost Accounting Manager on projects
• Handle special assignments and additional financial tasks as needed
